Sistema Kingston is seeking a Choir Teaching Artist to join the Saint Thomas More School site, to work with a team of 2 others to introduce the magic of music and musical skill development to students in grades 2-6. This role teaches students at all levels in the program, sometimes in small groups (10-15), and at least once/week in “tutti choir” (approx. 30-35). Hourly Wage: $30-$35/hour, 15 hours/week.

Sistema Kingston is seeking a Music Foundations Teaching Artist to join the Molly Brant School site team and work with students in grades 2-7. This role will introduce the magic of music and build musical skills through rhythm, movement and Orff instruments. Working primarily with the first-year students (grades 2-3), and teach one class/week with each of the older groups to support note reading and other elements of theory required in Strings and Choir classes. Hourly Wage: $30-$35/hour, 15 hours/week.

Sistema Toronto is seeking a Substitute Teaching Artists (Strings, Clarinet, Trumpet, Percussion, Choir, Music and Movement). This position is casual and on-call. Substitute Teaching Artists lead group music instruction for up to 20 students at various locations, and work closely with the Sistema Toronto team to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
